The Egyptian Museum:
The Egyptian Museum in Cairo is one of the largest museums in the world. It has more than 120,000 items, with a representative amount on display, the remainder in the storerooms.
There are two main floors in the museum, the ground floor, and the first floor. On the ground floor, there are some coins and papyri. As well there are some artifacts of the New Kingdom. These items include statues, tables, and coffins.
On the first floor, there are some artifacts from the dynasties 29 and 30, with some items from the tombs of the valley of the kings, in particular the amazing treasure of king Tutankhamon.
Khan El Khalili Bazaar:
Khan el-Khalili is a famous bazaar and souq in the historic center of Cairo, Egypt. The bazaar district is one of Cairo’s main attractions for tourists and Egyptians alike. It is also home to many Egyptian artisans and workshops involved in the production of traditional crafts and souvenirs.
