Payment Methods:
Holiday Packages and Nile Cruises:
- Deposit of %50 is required to confirm your booking.
- Deposit will be wired through a bank transfer or western union.
Daily Tours:
We don’t mind receiving the cost of the tour at the beginning of the tour.
Terms of Cancellation:
Any cancellation of guided tours, must be made within 24 hours. Any cancellation inside that period will be subject to cancellation charges of %50. NO refund will be available for tours cancelled at short notice than 24 hours.
Refunds will not be available on schedule flight tours.
For holiday packages:
- 30% of the price per person will be deducted if the cancellation happens within 60 days before arrival time.
- 40% of the price per person will be deducted if the cancellation happens within 50 days before arrival time.
- 50% of the price per person will be deducted if the cancellation happens within 30 days before arrival time.
- 60% of the price per person will be deducted if the cancellation happens within 15 days before arrival time.
- 70% of the price per person will be deducted if the cancellation happens within 07 days before arrival time.
- 100% of the price per person will be deducted if the cancellation happens within 24 hours before arrival time.
