On this trip, you can go from Cairo to Luxor and Aswan and see their ruins and ruins on the banks of the Nile. This trip gives you more rest and relaxation, spending as long as possible in the middle of the Nile, and enjoying the wonderful apricot atmosphere in Egypt.
During your arrival in Luxor, you can s will see us crossing over to the West Bank of the Nile to explore the spectacular Valley of the Kings. Sixty-four tombs have been found so far in the Valley of the Kings,ee the Temple of Edfu and Kom Ombo.
Aswan is a country of magic and beauty you can see Aswan highlights visiting the Granite Quarry where you will discover how the ancient Egyptians cut and modelled a single piece of granite to create statues and obelisks. Optional trip to Abu Simbel by coach or by plane. In the afternoon we will take a relaxing felucca sailboat ride around Elephantine Island and the Botanical gardens. Overnight in Aswan.

Today we visit one of the most important tourist sites in Egypt, here we will explore the wonderous Giza Plateau and marvel at the Great Pyramids and Sphinx , Khafre and Menkaure along with the mysterious Sphinx which is believed to guard them. Optional tours of the Solar Boat Museum is available on request. We will then proceed to Saqqara the site of the Step Pyramid, the first proper pyramid built by the architect Imhotep for King Djoser in the 27 th Century B.C.

Today we will visit the impressive Egyptian Museum. This museum is located in the heart of Cairo and houses thousands of magnificent antiques from Egyptian history including exceptional treasures from some of the most famous Pharaohs. We will then pay a visit to the Citadel of Salah ad-Din (Saladin). Built between 1176 and 1182 AD. The citadel is home three mosques and four museums. The Citadel fortress provides stunning views of Cairo.
We will end our tour with a visit to the largest bazaar (souk) in the Middle East, the popular bazaar of Khan El Khalili is famous for its herbs, spices, leather goods, and very large range of incense. Overnight moored in Cairo.

Today we sail to Beni Suef where we will visit the Meidum Pyramid which was Egypt's first straight-sided Pyramid. Overnight moored in Ben Suef.

We will visit Beni Hassan today to see the rock-tombs that are carved into the high limestone cliffs of the east bank of the Nile. We will then set sail to Tel El Amarna. Overnight moored in Tel El Amarna.
Today we visit Tuna El Gebel, the necropolis of Khmun, to visit the Tomb of Petosiris, tomb of Isadora and the sacred catacombs of Thoth. We will also visit Ashmunein and some of the Tel Amarna tombs. We will then set sail for Assiut. Overnight moored in Assiut.
We will sail to Sohag today. Overnight moored in Sohag.
Today we will visit Abydos Temple the holy city of Osiris God of the Dead and the New Kingdom temple of Seti l. We will then visit the Temple of Hathor at Denderah. The temple complex of is one of the best preserved in Egypt.
We then set sail to Naga Hamadi. Overnight moored in Naga Hamadi.
Earl morning sailing to Luxor where we will visit the impressive Temple of Karnak and the majestic Luxor Temple on the East Bank. The two temples were dedicated to the Theban Triad, Amun, Mut and Khonsu and were connected by a Sphinx Avenue which you can see being excavated today. You will spend overnight moored in Luxor.
Our visit today will see us crossing over to the West Bank of the Nile to explore the spectacular Valley of the Kings. Sixty-four tombs have been found so far in the Valley of the Kings, and all of them are cut deep into the rock. The largest tombs are for Seti I, Ramses III, Horemheb, Merenptah, and Hatshepsut. Not all tombs are open to the public, your guide will advise you on those which can be viewed and those which require the purchase of additional tickets. We will then proceed to the unique Mortuary Temple Hatshepsut. This is the only temple in Egypt which was built with three terraces. Hatshepsut built the temple to confirm her status as the pharaoh of Egypt.
We will end this tour at the Colossi of Memnon where you will be able to take photographs of these magnificent statues. Overnight moored in Luxor.
Optional tours of a Hot Air Balloon ride over the west Bank, Karnak Sound and Light Show, Luxor city tour by horse and carriage. Are available on request whilst based in Luxor.
Early morning sailing to Edfu. On arrival we will take a horse carriage to visit the temple of Edfu, which is dedicated to the god Horus. Edfu the most intact temple in Egypt. It was built during the Greco-Roman Period. We then set sail to Kom Ombo and an afternoon visit its temple. This temple is dedicate to the falcon headed god Horus and the crocodile headed god Sobek. We then continue sailing to Aswan. Overnight moored in Aswan.
Today we will explore the Aswan highlights visiting the Granite Quarry where you will discover how the ancient Egyptians cut and modelled a single piece of granite to create statues and obelisks. You will have the opportunity to view the Unfinished Obelisk which lays in the quarry today. We will then proceed to the High Dam which was built during the time of the president Nasser. We will end our tour with a motorboat ride to the Island of Philae to visit to the Pearl of Egypt, the temple of the goddess ISIS. Overnight moored in Aswan.
Optional trip to Abu Simbel by coach or by plane. In the afternoon we will take a relaxing felucca sailboat ride around Elephantine Island and the Botanical gardens. Overnight in Aswan.
Following breakfast you will check out and our representative will assist in transferring to Aswan airport to fly back to Cairo Airport for final departure.
