Day 01 Pyramids, Egyptian Museum and Khan El Khalili
Happy Egypt driver will pick you up from Port Said in the early morning.
Upon arrival in Cairo, you'll be greeted by your guide who will accompany you throughout your tour.
The Giza pyramids and Sphinx: The Giza plateau is in the vast desert, the land of the dead. Guarded by the Great Pyramids and Sphinx, the plateau is dominated by the massive pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure. To the south of the Great Sphinx, lies the cemetery and Town of the Pyramids Builders.
The pyramids are indeed remarkable feats of engineering.
The Egyptian Museum: The Egyptian Museum in Cairo is one of the largest museums in the world. It includes more than 120 thousand archaeological pieces on display, and the rest are in storage. The museum has two main floors, the ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor, there are some coins and papyrus. There are also some artifacts from the New Kingdom. These items include statues and tables
On the first floor, there are some artifacts from the dynasties 29 and 30, with some items from the tombs of the Valley of the Kings, in particular the amazing treasure of King Tutankhamon.
Khan El Khalili: Khan El Khalili is the largest bazaar and market in the Middle East. It represents the market tradition that established Cairo as a major trade center. Khan was located in the middle of Cairo, and some commercial establishments were built nearby.
There is a big collection of shops, workshops, and coffee shops.
