Jour 01 Transfer From Hurghada to El Minya - Visit Bani Hassan Tombs
Your first part of this journey is your transfer from your hotel in Hurghada where your guide will meet and accompany you on the drive through a vast expanse of Egypt to El Minya. El Minya is the jewel in the crown on most Ancient Egypt tours and is regarded as one of Egypt's most historically interesting cities.
On reaching your destination you will be taken to the stunning Beni Hassan Tombs. Here you will get to explore beautifully preserved wall paintings showing everyday life, beliefs and traditions. These important tombs are one of the most popular archaeological sites in Middle Egypt.
After viewing the tombs you will visit a local restaurant for a truly authentic meal of traditional Egyptian food and then continue your El Minya Egypt Tour.
You will be transferred to your El Minya hotel and check in and settle in before dinner at the hotel where you will spend your first night reflecting on the unique discoveries you have made exploring the ancient and lesser-known wonders of Egypt.

Jour 02 Tell El -Amarna & Tuna El-Gabal - Return to Hurghada
Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel in El Minya before checking out and heading off to continue your journey through one of the most intriguing archaeological areas in Egypt.
Visit Tell El-Amarna; the former capital founded by Pharaoh Akhenaten, visit the ruins and gain knowledge of the radical new age of religion, art and culture in ancient Egypt.
Continue onto Tuna El-Gebel a most interesting necropolis, which is renowned for its animal mummies, burial tombs and unusual discoveries at its burial ground. It provides great knowledge of the religious customs and burial methods of the ancient Egyptian era.
Have lunch at a local restaurant before heading back to Hurghada with incredible memories of your visit to El Minya.
