Payment Methods:

Holiday Packages and Nile Cruises:

• 25% of the price of the tour package (online payment) to secure your booking.
• 25% of the price of the tour package to be paid (online payment) one week before arrival.
• Rest of the price to be paid cash or by credit cards upon arrival in Egypt.

Daily Tours:

We don’t mind receiving the cost of the tour at the beginning of the tour.

Terms of Cancellation:

Any cancellation of guided tours, must be made within 24 hours. Any cancellation inside that period will be subject to cancellation charges of %50. NO refund will be available for tours cancelled at short notice than 24 hours.

Refunds will not be available on schedule flight tours.

For holiday packages:

• 30% of the price per person will be deducted if the cancellation happens within 60 days before arrival time.
• 40% of the price per person will be deducted if the cancellation happens within 50 days before arrival time.
• 50% of the price per person will be deducted if the cancellation happens within 30 days before arrival time.
• 60% of the price per person will be deducted if the cancellation happens within 15 days before arrival time.
• 70% of the price per person will be deducted if the cancellation happens within 07 days before arrival time.
• 100% of the price per person will be deducted if the cancellation happens within 24 hours before arrival time.
