Begin with a visit to the ancient and remote al-Paramus monastery. Next, explore the Monastery of Anba Bishoi, which houses the founder’s remains. Continue to Abu Maqar Monastery, the wealthiest of the four, supported by its large farm and over 100 monks.
Your Alexandria port trip will end at the smallest and most compact El-Suryani Monastery. You’ll have the opportunity to visit local bazaars, enjoy lunch at a nearby restaurant, and then be returned to Alexandria Port.
