The Egyptian Museum:
No Cairo day tour is successfully wrapped up if the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square is not visited. This magnificent museum houses the largest array of Ancient Egyptian artifacts, arraying along over 120,000 treasures that tell the story of one of the greatest civilizations in the world.
On the first floor, there are some artifacts from dynasties 29 and 30, with some items from the tombs of the Valley of the Kings, in particular the amazing treasure of King Tutankhamon.
