Tag 01 Cairo - Bahria oases & White Desert
At 6:00 AM, you'll be picked up from your hotel in Giza or Cairo, heading towards the Bahria oases, located approximately 350 kilometers east of Cairo. This journey takes about 4 hours. In the past, when people from the oases wanted to go to the Nile Valley, they often waited for the caravan, traveling between the Nile and the oasis in three days (how lucky we are today!)

On the right side, you'll see the railway tracks that transport iron ore to the steel factory in Helwan, so they are not useful for tourists - the Bahria oases are the main source of iron ore in Egypt. The iron ore comes from limestone deposits in the middle of the Eocene epoch and is located in 4 places called Managim.
At 10:00 AM, you'll arrive at Baharyia Oasis, where you'll meet your safari guide and take a 4x4 Jeep to start your adventure.
At 12:00 PM, lunch will be served at El-Haize Oasis, located 37 kilometers from El-Bawiti. Some people refer to this oasis as a separate oasis. Tag 02 Back to Cairo
In the morning, wake up early to capture the sunrise in this enchanting spot and enjoy breakfast consisting of honey, boiled eggs, juices, hot beverages, and cheese. Then, at half-past eight in the morning, we will begin our journey back to Cairo at 8:30 AM.
